- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and set out a 9x13 baking dish.
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic, and combine all in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil and toss everything until seasoned evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned vegetables and toss again for even coating.
- Spread half of the seasoned zucchini mixture in the baking dish.
