- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk these ingredients together until they are evenly blended.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
