Preparation Steps
- Begin by chilling your cold water in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Once the water is chilled, blend together the freshly squeezed lemon juice, vanilla ice cream, and cold water for about 30 seconds on high speed.
- Check the texture; if too thick, add more cold water and blend again, or if too thin, add an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel or mint if desired. Enjoy fresh!
- For the freezing method, blend the drink, pour into an airtight container, freeze for a couple of hours, then blend again before serving.
