Dough Preparation
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the yeast mixture and knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Filling and Shaping
- While the dough is rising, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together. Set aside.
- Punch down the risen dough, roll it out into a rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut into strips and twist into a snowflake shape.
- Let the shaped snowflake rise for another 30 minutes on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the snowflake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for 10-15 minutes on a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk until creamy, and drizzle over the slightly cooled bread.

Notes
Ensure to knead the dough thoroughly for better texture and allow proper rising for fluffiness. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
