- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, crushed pineapple, salt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Form the meat mixture into 1½-tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for 25 minutes, or cook on stovetop for about 15 minutes until browned.
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add pineapple juice and coconut aminos, simmer for flavor.
- For a thicker sauce, combine arrowroot starch with water, add to sauce, and stir until thickened.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce until well-coated and serve.
