Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
