Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Distribute the diced ham evenly over the hash browns and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Add the sliced green onions on top of the ham and cheese.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, black pepper, salt, and optional mustard until smooth.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
