  3. Heat the Mixture: If not using a blender, pour half-and-half into a saucepan, add cookie butter, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Incorporate Flavor Enhancers: Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk until blended.
  5. Cool and Store: Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to one week.
