Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, placing it at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken stock, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Season with thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in spaghetti or noodles, cover, and cook for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Mix in lemon juice and parsley before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed.
