  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until cranberries soften and burst. Puree filling and cool completely.
  2. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. In a stand mixer, mix flour, yogurt, egg, orange blossom water, zest, and salt. Gradually add yeast mixture and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Punch down the dough, roll it out, and spread the cranberry filling evenly. Roll tightly into a log and slice into pieces.
  5. Place shaped rolls on greased baking sheets, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes until fluffy.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Mix confectioners' sugar with enough milk for a smooth glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
