Preparation Steps

  2. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in your choice of light oil. Continue blending for another 30 seconds until fully emulsified.
  3. Season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper, blending briefly to incorporate.
  4. Transfer dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
