Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and brown the ground beef with diced onion for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer to slow cooker and add garlic, potatoes, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, broth, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper.
- Set slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
