  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt for a lighter option

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken in batches for about 3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms and onion for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth, scrape up browned bits, and return chicken to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Lower heat and stir in sour cream gently to heat through without boiling. Adjust seasoning if needed.
