Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, chives, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, finely chop the celery, red onion, and cucumber. Add the chickpeas and parsley.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable and chickpea mix. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
