  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chopped pistachios and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.
  8. Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over cookies and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
