Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Salmon Florentine Dream
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
