- In a high-speed blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of pure mint extract, and 5 drops of green food coloring. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Check the thickness of your Shamrock Shake. If it’s too thick, add milk gradually and blend again. For a thicker texture, add more ice cream.
- Prepare two tall glasses by optionally decorating the rims with whipped cream. Drizzle some chocolate syrup inside the glass for added charm.
- Pour the shake into prepared glasses, filling each about three-quarters full. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry before serving.
