Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of pure mint extract, and 5 drops of green food coloring. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Check the thickness of your Shamrock Shake. If it’s too thick, add milk gradually and blend again. For a thicker texture, add more ice cream.
  3. Prepare two tall glasses by optionally decorating the rims with whipped cream. Drizzle some chocolate syrup inside the glass for added charm.
