Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells in boiling salted water for 9-11 minutes until al dente.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped fresh spinach, beaten egg, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fill each cooked jumbo shell with the ricotta-spinach mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let the cooked shells cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
