Assembly Instructions
  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions if using regular noodles. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Cook for 2 minutes, then add milk until thick.
  3. In a baking dish, pour a layer of béchamel. Layer noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, optional veggies, and more béchamel.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover lasagna with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let lasagna rest for 15 minutes before slicing to allow layers to set.
