Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Whisk in 4 tablespoons of flour, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes. Gradually add in 3 cups of milk, stirring until the béchamel thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
