Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough, spread cream cheese on each triangle, and roll into crescents. Place them in rows in the greased dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then stir in cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent rolls and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until puffed and golden. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
