- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Unroll the crescent dough, spread cream cheese on each triangle, and roll into crescents. Place them in rows in the greased dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then stir in cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent rolls and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until puffed and golden. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
