Preparation

  3. Batter Chicken: Retrieve chicken, coating with remaining cornstarch and flour.
  4. Heat Oil: In a pot, heat oil to 350°F.
  5. Fry Chicken: Add chicken in batches, frying for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Combine with Sauce: Pour sauce into skillet with fried chicken, cook for 2-3 minutes until thick and glossy.
  7. Serve: Plate the dish over steamed rice with fresh vegetables.
