Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until smooth.
  4. Dredge well-drained pickle slices first in the wet mixture, then in the dry mixture, shaking off excess flour.
  5. Fry coated pickle slices in hot oil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove fried pickles from the oil with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels.
