Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brown the Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7–10 minutes until it's no longer pink, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
  2. Combine cooked ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice in a large crockpot. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
  4. Switch to the WARM setting for serving. Optionally garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
