- Brown the Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7–10 minutes until it's no longer pink, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess grease.
- Combine cooked ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice in a large crockpot. Mix thoroughly.
- Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
- Switch to the WARM setting for serving. Optionally garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
