  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  4. Layer diced potatoes and green beans in the crockpot.
  5. Add sautéed onion and garlic mixture over the vegetables, then top with kielbasa.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the layers to ensure they are submerged.
  7. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, stirring gently.
