  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce Soy-Vay recommended
  • 1 cup Sticky Rice Cooked until tender
  • 1 cup Edamame Or substitute with green peas or broccoli
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced thinly
  • 1 medium Avocado Choose ripe ones
  • 1 medium Jalapeño Can be swapped with sweet mini peppers
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy Onions Store-bought or homemade
  • 3 tablespoons Spicy Mayo Adjust sriracha level to preference
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Pickled Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Method
 

Steps
  1. Prep your ingredients by pressing and cubing the tofu, slicing the cucumber and jalapeño, and steaming the edamame for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the sticky rice according to package instructions (about 15–20 minutes) until it becomes tender and slightly sticky.
  3. Heat a skillet and sauté the tofu until golden brown, then add teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowls with warm sticky rice, sautéed tofu, edamame, cucumber, and avocado arranged attractively.
  5. Finish by drizzling spicy mayo over the top and adding crunchy onions for an extra crunch.
