Steps
- Prep your ingredients by pressing and cubing the tofu, slicing the cucumber and jalapeño, and steaming the edamame for about 5 minutes.
- Cook the sticky rice according to package instructions (about 15–20 minutes) until it becomes tender and slightly sticky.
- Heat a skillet and sauté the tofu until golden brown, then add teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Assemble the bowls with warm sticky rice, sautéed tofu, edamame, cucumber, and avocado arranged attractively.
- Finish by drizzling spicy mayo over the top and adding crunchy onions for an extra crunch.
