Preparation Steps

  2. Make the Avocado Chocolate Mousse: Blend ripe avocados, melted dairy-free chocolate, dairy-free milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, espresso powder, and salt until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Dessert Cups: Layer the mousse, whipped cream, and macerated cherries in serving glasses. End with whipped cream on top.
  4. Serve or Store: Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
