Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Create the chocolate chip cookie dough by creaming cold unsalted butter with sugars, then add egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and remaining chocolate chips.
- Assemble brookies by merging balls of brownie dough and chocolate chip cookie dough, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes until edges are set and centers are puffy. Let them cool on wire racks for 5 minutes before serving.
