  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and burnt honey until smooth.
  4. Pour the honey mixture into the cooled pie crust and tap to release air bubbles.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. After baking, cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate before serving.
  7. Slice and serve, optionally topped with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
