For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Opt for full-fat for best texture.
  • 8 oz Crab Meat Fresh, cooked crab preferred.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Fresh breadcrumbs or Panko for crunch.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 pieces Green Onions Finely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
  • 1/4 cup Italian Parsley Chopped fresh.
For Baking
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Spray Light mist to keep mushrooms moist.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean your mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems to create cavities.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Parmesan, and crab meat. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with approximately 1.5 tablespoons of filling.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes until tender and bubbly. Broil last minute for browning.
  6. Cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
