- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add lobster and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant and lobster is heated through.
- Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add spinach if desired, stirring until wilting. Add drained pasta and toss until evenly coated with sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Stir to combine well.
- Plate while hot, adding extra lobster on top and garnishing with additional Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
