  • 8 ounces Fettuccine or Linguine dry pasta
  • Salt for pasta water
For the Lobster
  • 2 pieces Lobster Tails or 1 cup of cooked lobster meat
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese fresh grated for best flavor
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
For Color and Freshness
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach optional
Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice optional
For Serving
  • Extra Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add lobster and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant and lobster is heated through.
  3. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Add spinach if desired, stirring until wilting. Add drained pasta and toss until evenly coated with sauce.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Stir to combine well.
  6. Plate while hot, adding extra lobster on top and garnishing with additional Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
