Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan assisted ovens.
  2. Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and allow them to defrost slightly.
  3. Drizzle honey evenly over each pastry sheet.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, and thyme evenly across the pastry.
  5. Roll each puff pastry sheet tightly from one end to the other to create a log.
  6. Cut the log in half lengthwise and twist each half into a coil.
  7. Arrange the twirls on a lined baking sheet with a little space in between.
  8. Brush the surface of each pastry twirl with milk.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with extra thyme leaves before serving.
