Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets thick, skinless, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for seasoning
  • to taste Sea salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 Fresh lemon zest and slices
For the Stuffing
  • 8 oz Lump crabmeat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp chopped
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Fresh breadcrumbs can substitute with panko
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or Cajun spices
For the Finishing Touches
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon White wine for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and season with sea salt, black pepper, and tuck lemon slices inside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crabmeat, chopped cooked shrimp, softened cream cheese, and fresh breadcrumbs along with green onions, dill, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until creamy.
  3. Stuff each salmon pocket with the crab and shrimp filling and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the stuffed salmon fillets.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until flaky.
  6. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes, then remove toothpicks.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with steamed vegetables or salad, drizzling with white wine and lemon zest.
