Step-by-Step Instructions for Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the mushroom caps with olive oil and arrange them cap-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1.5 tablespoons of the crab mixture, pressing down slightly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden and edges are crisp. Broil for the last minute for added browning.
  6. Cool for a couple of minutes, then serve hot.
