  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley Other herbs can work too!
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning Essential for authentic flavor.
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest Use freshly zested lemon.
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ritz Crackers or Panko Breadcrumbs Ritz adds a buttery flavor.
Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets Opt for skinless, boneless.
  • to taste Kosher Salt Season generously.
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper Essential seasoning.
Garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Chives For a fresh herbal touch.
  • 1 each Lemon Wedges Serve on the side.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, crème fraîche, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon zest until smooth. Fold in crab meat and crushed crackers.
  3. Pat salmon fillets dry, make a slit down the center, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with about ⅓ to ½ cup of crab filling.
  5. Place stuffed fillets on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 120°F (49°C); broil for a golden finish.
  6. Let the salmon rest, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
