  1. Preheat your oven to 180℃ (350℉). Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour, egg, and yolk, mixing until smooth.
  2. Roll out the dough between parchment paper to 3mm thick. Cut out shapes with a bunny stencil and place on a lined tray, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Heat thickened cream until boiling. Remove and stir in white chocolate melts until smooth. Cool for 15 minutes, then blend in cream cheese.
  4. On a serving plate, place a shortbread layer, pipe ganache on top, place another bunny layer, and cover with ganache.
