  • 1 package Frozen Spinach thawed and excess water squeezed out
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese reserve half for topping
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder can substitute with minced fresh garlic
For the Bunny Shape
  • 2 sheets Crescent Roll Sheets or regular crescent dough
  • as needed tablespoon Flour for dusting

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or fridge and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll sheets into long ropes on a floured surface.
  4. Shape the rolled dough into a bunny body and head on parchment-lined sheet.
  5. Fill the bunny shape with the prepared spinach dip and sprinkle with reserved mozzarella.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, allowing guests to scoop out the filling.
