- Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave or fridge and squeeze out excess water.
- Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent roll sheets into long ropes on a floured surface.
- Shape the rolled dough into a bunny body and head on parchment-lined sheet.
- Fill the bunny shape with the prepared spinach dip and sprinkle with reserved mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, allowing guests to scoop out the filling.
