Preparation Steps
- Wash and peel about 6 ripe peaches. Slice them into thin wedges and toss with a bit of sugar. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Pour in milk and melted butter, stirring gently.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and spread the batter evenly. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter.
