- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks and add to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F) and oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade and thread onto skewers, alternating with pieces of red onion and bell peppers.
- Place kabobs on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
