Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x13x2 inch baking pan with parchment paper, lightly greasing it.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in Reese's Pieces and chocolate M&M's.
  5. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Immediately press the chopped leftover Halloween candies and candy eyes into the surface of the warm cookie bars.
  7. Allow to cool completely in the pan for 30-45 minutes, then slice into squares.
