Step-by-Step Instructions for Spooky Layered Candy Corn Jello Shots
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 2 packets of unflavored gelatin. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring until dissolved. Mix in half the sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of vanilla vodka until smooth. Pour into shot glasses, refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  2. In another saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, dissolve remaining unflavored gelatin, stir in orange Jell-O until completely dissolved, then add 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice. Carefully pour over the set white layer. Return to refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  3. Take the reserved white gelatin mixture from Step 1 and add yellow food coloring to achieve the desired hue. Pour over the set orange layer in each shot glass, and chill for 2 hours until fully set.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, garnish with candy corn if desired, and serve chilled.
