  1. Preheat your oven to broil, adjusting the rack about 6 inches from the heating element.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine minced fresh garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, and freshly grated Parmesan.
  3. Distribute 1 tablespoon of heavy cream and ½ tablespoon of unsalted butter into each ramekin.
