Step-by-Step Instructions for Italian Spinach Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in a large skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, reserved mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold the drained spinach into the cheese mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer to the greased baking dish and top with reserved mozzarella.
