  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Also known as icing sugar

  • 8 oz Cool Whip Thawed
  • 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding Can be swapped for chocolate or butterscotch
  • 2 cups Milk Cold
For Decoration
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Can be tinted green
  • 1 Green Food Coloring Optional
  • 1 pack Bunny Peeps Can swap for other themed marshmallows
  • 1 cup Mini Candy Eggs Recommended brands: Cadbury or M&M

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush the Oreos by placing them into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs, reserve about one-third for decoration.
  2. Prepare the crust by combining the remaining Oreo crumbs with softened salted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  3. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth, adding vanilla extract.
  4. Incorporate Cool Whip gently into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it's light and airy.
  5. Whisk together cold milk with instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened, then chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  6. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the thickened pudding carefully, then pour over the prepared Oreo crust.
  7. Chill the cake covered with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Prepare decorations by tinting shredded coconut with green food coloring.
  9. Add the tinted coconut over the top, arrange Bunny Peeps, and scatter mini candy eggs around them.
