  • 1 each Lemon juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano or dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Basil or dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Italian Cheese Blend (Quattro Formaggio) or a mix of Parmesan and Asiago/Fontina

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Parmesan, White Bean and Artichoke Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained roasted artichokes, white cannellini beans, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, fresh thyme, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Using a food processor or blender, blend the mixture until smooth, adding additional olive oil if necessary.
  4. Pour the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend generously over the top.
  6. Bake for about 7–10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm with dippers.
