- In a mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup of sour cream, and ¼ cup of buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of blackened seasoning, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of onion powder, as well as 1 teaspoon each of dried parsley, dried chives, and dried dill. Mix for about a minute.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as necessary, adding more cayenne pepper or adjusting salt and black pepper.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Once chilled, stir the dip and transfer it to a serving bowl. Serve with your favorite snacks.
