Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, eggs, oil (or butter), and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the maple glaze over the cooled bread before serving.
