Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60–70 minutes.

  8. Once cooled, drizzle the maple glaze over the top of the pumpkin bread.
