  3. Shape the mixture into a ball. If too soft, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  5. Shape the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin, creating ridges.
  6. Insert a small bell pepper stem into the top of the cheese ball.
  7. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Unwrap and serve on a platter with crackers, celery sticks, and carrot slices.
