- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients for assembly.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add thawed, well-drained spinach to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix sautéed spinach with 15 ounces of ricotta cheese in a bowl. Optionally, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread marinara sauce on the bottom, add no-boil noodles, half the spinach-ricotta mixture, and cheese.
- Repeat layering: marinara sauce, noodles, remaining spinach-ricotta, and cheese until ingredients run out.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
